LS Villa is a private residence in Jeddah composed of three primary volumes: the main house, a guest house, and a children’s house. The exterior presents a minimalistic composition of cubic forms, with plastered walls and generous ground-floor glazing, establishing a clean, restrained architectural language. This simplicity forms a backdrop to the interiors, where contemporary design introduces warmth, colour, and texture, immediately creating a layered and engaging spatial experience.
